IT assistant -Forex company

We are seeking an experienced IT Assistant to join a leading Forex company based in Israel. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, assist employees with hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of all internal systems. Responsibilities
● Provide first-line IT support to office staff and management.
● Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
● Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
● Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
● Support CRM systems, trading platforms, and internal company applications.
● Assist with system upgrades, software deployments, and security updates.
● Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure.
● Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers when required.
● Maintain IT documentation and inventory records.
● Ensure compliance with company security and data protection policies.

Requirements

Previous experience as an IT Assistant, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
● Forex industry experience is mandatory.
● Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
● Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
● Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, routers, switches).
● Experience supporting CRM and back-office systems.
● Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication skills in English.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
