Hardware Network Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Field Service Engineer to support on-site deployment, installation, and maintenance of advanced data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments, GPU-based systems, and modern cooling technologies.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, configure, and maintain servers and hardware infrastructure at customer sites

* Lead deployment of GPU systems, including NVIDIA A100, H100, and HGX platforms

* Perform advanced on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs

* Support and maintain liquid cooling systems (direct-to-chip or immersion)

* Coordinate with data center teams during installations, upgrades, and expansions

* Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards

* Document service activities, configurations, and technical issues

Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in field service, data centers, or similar environments

* Proven experience with Supermicro servers

* Strong expertise in NVIDIA GPU deployments (A100, H100, HGX)

* Hands-on experience with liquid cooling technologies

* Solid background in on-site data center deployments

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and lead field operations

* Experience with CDU (Coolant Distribution Units) and coolant systems

* Knowledge of high-speed networking technologies

* Experience working with AI / HPC clusters

* Exposure to vendors such as CoolIT Systems, Vertiv, and Schneider Electric
