Junior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a talented Junior Legal Counsel to join our legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer at the beginning of their career to gain hands-on experience in capital markets, corporate governance, company secretarial matters, and commercial legal work within a dynamic public company operating in an international environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience as a qualified attorney
• Familiarity with corporate law and securities law
• Experience with company secretarial work and public company reporting requirements
• Experience in a Capital Markets department at a leading law firm and/or within the legal department

of a public company

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in legal work

What You'll Do

• Prepare periodic and immediate reports for regulatory authorities and the stock exchange
• Support company secretarial activities and corporate governance processes
• Prepare materials for Board and committee meetings, including drafting meeting minutes
• Assist with regulatory compliance matters
• Provide ongoing legal support on commercial and corporate matters
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in Israel and abroad
