The Rehovot Dairy is an advanced, fast-growing production facility that combines cutting-edge technology with a collaborative "sense of home." We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our senior leadership team and drive our operational excellence forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Serve as a member of the dairy’s senior management; lead the Maintenance department (managers, team leaders, and technicians).

Operations: Plan and execute all factory maintenance (planned & breakdowns) to minimize Total Downtime (TDT).

Reliability: Implement reliability practices and eliminate recurring issues using RCPS and FMEA methodologies.

Budget & Interface: Manage the department's budget, contracts, and spare parts. Work closely with Production, Logistics, and QA.

Safety & Systems: Lead safety standards within the department and take full responsibility for the facility's electrical and control systems.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – Mandatory.

2+ years of managerial experience in industrial maintenance – Mandatory.

Strong command of technical English – Mandatory.

Experience with electrical, control, energy, and cooling systems in process plants – Advantage.

Familiarity with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Operational Excellence – Advantage.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle) – Advantage.
