The company has engineered a unified, world-class platform that orchestrates the entire software supply chain encompassing continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), software supply chain security, IoT device management, and enterprise-grade MLOps pipelines.
Located in a central tech district (exceptionally accessible, situated immediately adjacent to a main train station) with an additional core site in the central region, operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.
Position Overview-
- R&D Group Manager - Agentic AI & Core Platform joining an elite, newly established global engineering division tasked with spearheading the company's autonomous AI strategy and product suite.
- Reporting directly to a Senior Director, you will direct a distributed organization of two R&D teams led by dedicated Team Leads (totaling 15-20 Full-Stack, Backend, and Machine Learning Engineers), with substantial headcount growth projected.
- Driving the architectural vision and end-to-end execution of enterprise-grade Agentic AI products, including corporate AI Assistants, Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers, and autonomous multi-agent developer workflows serving millions of users worldwide.
- Engaging directly with strategic tier-one external enterprise clients to translate high-stakes architectural requirements into resilient, highly secure multi-cloud SaaS offerings.
Requirements-
- 5+ years of R&D Group Manager experience or higher, managing 10+ developers – Strictly Mandatory
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience in Python, Go, or Java – Strictly Mandatory
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with production-grade AI (AI Products, Copilots, LLM workflows) – Strictly Mandatory
- Proven background interfacing directly with external enterprise clients – Strictly Mandatory
- Deep architectural expertise in public Cloud infrastructure – Strictly Mandatory
- Professional background in DevOps, DevSecOps, or MLOps environments – Significant Advantage
