Sales Manager – Industrial Filling & Packaging Solutions

IMPAC, a leading company specializing in the design, integration, and installation of filling and packaging production lines, is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and help drive significant sales growth.

• Selling industrial machinery and equipment to a wide range of industries throughout Israel.
• Managing relationships with business clients and leading the sales process from needs assessment through deal closure.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new clients.
• Monitoring and overseeing supply and customer service processes to ensure client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in field sales – mandatory.
• Relevant technical knowledge; experience in automation systems and filling & packaging machinery is a significant advantage.
• Experience managing operational processes and complex projects.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across Israel.
