About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Back Office Representative to join our Operations team.
This role combines customer communication, operational support, compliance procedures, and financial operations. You will work closely with multiple departments while helping customers and business partners navigate our financial products and services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the fintech industry while gaining hands-on experience with international payments, compliance, card issuing, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional support to customers and business partners via phone, email, and live chat.
- Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures.
- Process Visa card applications and customer requests.
- Support daily operational and back-office activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and internal records.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
- Assist in resolving operational issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Russian is a significant advantage.
- Previous experience (2+ years) in Customer Support, Back Office, Operations, or Financial Services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly.
- Experience with platforms such as Confluence, Jira, or similar business systems is an advantage.
- Competitive salary starting from 45–50 ILS per hour, with opportunities for growth.
