CPA Global Accounting

Join ICL’s Global Finance & Accounting team and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial reporting and accounting excellence worldwide. Working closely with finance teams across multiple regions, you will be involved in complex accounting matters, IFRS implementation, SEC reporting, consolidated financial statements, and SOX compliance. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to a global public company, influence financial processes, and contribute to high-impact decisions at the heart of the organization.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Serves as a global professional practice department, responsible for addressing complex accounting matters, global implementation of new accounting standards, developing and disseminating global guidelines as needed, and providing ongoing accounting support to the Group’s reporting departments.

- Preparation of the periodic financial statements, 6K in accordance with IFRS and the annual 20F in accordance with the SEC regulations, including monitor and review materials provided by the different departments and divisions.

- Conduct internal controls for financial closing period, including the preparation of supporting working papers, which will be reviewed by the SOX team and the external auditors.

- Compile and analyze the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated results vis-à-vis the divisions' finance teams. Ensure accurate financial information by validating and implementing processes for collection and reporting complete, relevant and timely financial data.

- Supports the reporting processes within the Global consolidation ERP.

What are we looking for?

- CPA, big 4 alumni with Up to two years of experience after internship.

- Proven experience in handling accounting matters.

- Professional practice departments (an advantage )

- Extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

- Fluency in English – verbally and in writing (highly important).

- Responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail.

- Inter-personal and communication skills.

- Good analytical skills.

- IT systems oriented.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Microsoft Office programs skills.
