Clockwork Admin is a fund administration company supporting VC and PE firms, primarily within the Israeli/USA ecosystem. We're looking for a Controller / CPA to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Manage capital accounts, LP reporting, and GL/COA architecture across multiple fund clients
- Handle fund-level accounting, reconciliations, and waterfall/carry calculations
- Support regulatory and tax compliance matters
- Work directly with fund clients on financial reporting and audits
What we're looking for:
- CPA required
- Strong preference for fund accounting / private equity / venture capital experience
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client relationships
- Detail-oriented, fluent in English (Hebrew a plus)
