Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Kfar Saba. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical positions, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Responsibilities include drafting and publishing job postings, proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, providing guidance on market trends, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and efficient hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment data, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and support continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
Qualifications

• Strong full-life cycle recruiting, recruiting, and hiring skills, with proven experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
• Hands-on technical recruiting experience, with the ability to understand and assess a wide range of IT and engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and partner effectively with hiring managers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology or consulting environment, preferably within IT integration or software development organizations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of fair and inclusive hiring practices, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and non-discriminatory recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
