Composed of several hundred professionals globally (with a highly collaborative core cell of nearly 50 specialists in Israel).

Located in the Ramat Gan (exceptionally accessible via main train and light rail networks) and operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Principal GenAI & Software Architect joining as a highly prominent, solo technical leader taking end-to-end (E2E) ownership over the entire structural roadmap, system design, and technical governance for the company's flagship Legal product vertical.
• Designing and implementing scalable, high-throughput cloud-native software topologies while architecting advanced GenAI execution layers, complex model orchestrations, and production data flows.
• Partnering directly with executive leadership to translate business objectives into robust architectures, while mentoring distributed engineering teams on LLM optimization strategies specifically addressing latency, prompt fine-tuning, token management, and compute overhead.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven professional experience operating as a Software Architect / Principal Engineer (seeking an rising/mid-level architect looking for their 2nd or 3rd architecture role, rather than multi-decade veterans) - Strictly Mandatory
• 8 years of professional software engineering experience focusing on backend server-side layers, with deep production-grade mastery in at least one modern language: Python, Node.js, Go, or Java - Strictly Mandatory
• Deep, production-grade architectural experience designing heavy distributed systems utilizing Microservices over public Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Strictly Mandatory
• Direct, hands-on production engineering background with Artificial Intelligence, specifically building architectures leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or advanced Prompt Engineering frameworks - Strictly Mandatory
