We're looking for a highly organized and proactive part-time qualified lawyer to support both our legal and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Commercial Support

• Review, draft, and maintain customer and partner agreements.
• Create and manage legal templates for recurring business needs.
• Lead the contract review for customers, partners, and vendors.
• Provide general legal support and guidance on day-to-day business matters.
• Assist with company registrations, banking documentation, and vendor onboarding.

Compliance & Corporate Operations

• Support SOC 2 and other compliance initiatives, including policy development and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining internal policies and procedures.
• Support company structure and governance-related initiatives as the organization scales.
• Help establish scalable legal and operational processes across the business.

People Operations & Employment Matters

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, terminations, and contractual amendments.
• Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation.
• Assist with ongoing employee contractual changes and compliance requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure employment processes are properly documented and maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fully qualified Israeli lawyer. 
• Experience reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and supporting employment-related documentation. 
• Experience supporting technology, software, or SaaS companies; SOC 2 or compliance experience is a strong advantage. 
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
