As a full time on-site R&D Manager you will report to the CEO and lead the R&D team to:

Manage the development of the core technology by ideating, sketching, and testing Nitinol implants & minimally invasive delivery systems
Directly manage a small team to excel in everything they do by hands-on training and leading by example
Take part in IP generation & listing
Fail fast, learn quickly, wake up the next day to try again

Mandatory minimum requirements

Mech / Biomed engineer
6 years’ experience at an R&D position + 2 years’ in management position
Good Solidworks proficiency
Excellent English read, write and speech

Priority requirements

Experience developing implantable devices and disposable delivery systems
Fluency with ISO13485
Laser processes and Nitinol shape setting
Experience validating said devices to clinical study
