Mobile Engineer

The company designs intelligent robotic dispensing, tracking, and management systems tailored for high-stakes environments globally including tier-one hospitals, industrial manufacturing plants, and cleanrooms.

Operating a robust global footprint with a tight-knit team of 60 specialists, the company merges industrial robotics with smart mobile interfaces.

Located in Caesarea (highly accessible, situated within short walking distance of the main train station) and operating on a full-time, on-site model from the offices.

Position Overview-

• Lead Android / Mobile Developer taking absolute end-to-end (E2E) ownership over the architecture, implementation, and deployment of the company's next-generation mobile applications.
• Leading the development and modernizing the interface using React Native, serving as the single point of contact for mobile R&D, and collaborating directly with Product and Project Managers to integrate mobile apps with local robotic systems.
• Designing high-reliability software components interacting with complex physical systems, ensuring robust performance and stability in critical medical and industrial settings.

Requirements-

• 3+ years of proven professional experience developing mobile applications using React Native OR Native Android (open to welcoming a strong Native Android Engineer willing to transition/cross-train into React Native) - Strictly Mandatory
• Profound architectural understanding of the Android Ecosystem, including lifecycle management, OS-level constraints, and hardware-software interfaces - Mandatory
• Proven ability to operate independently as a sole contributor/domain lead, steering feature roadmaps from concept to production - Mandatory
• Security Clearance: Ability to hold or undergo an active security clearance process - Strictly Mandatory
