Responsibilities:
- Manage operational processes and data controls related to employee stock option plans.
- Work with advanced systems and handle complex, sensitive data.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders across the organization.

- Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Hybrid work model – one work-from-home day per week after the onboarding period.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree – required.
- Previous operational experience in the financial industry (including student positions) – a significant advantage.
- Good reading proficiency in English.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

- A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
