The Rol

eWe are seeking a brilliant, hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer to join our core R&D team. In this role, you will lead the mechanical design, prototyping, and integration of high-performance autonomous drone platforms and their tactical deployment systems. This is an impactful position that bridges advanced CAD modeling with intensive field testing and practical lab work

• esEnd-to-End Platform Design: Lead the mechanical design and development of agile, high-performance tactical UAVs and autonomous drone platforms from initial concept to deploymen
• t.Mechanisms & Launch Systems: Design and develop rugged launchers, deployment mechanisms, and supporting mechanical infrastructur
• e.Prototyping & Lab Testing: Build, integrate, and conduct hands-on testing of hardware prototypes to validate structural integrity, dynamics, and reliabilit
• y.Engineering Documentation: Prepare technical review documentation (PDR/CDR), analyze structural performance, and handle mechanical integration of hardware components, electronics, and wiring harnesse
• s.Configuration Management: Define and manage product structures, including product trees, BOMs, and configuration variants using PDM/PLM workflow
