NICE CXone Solution Consultant | Full-Time | Israel

Join a leading international project and play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise Contact Center solutions for a major customer in Israel.

As a NICE CXone Solution Consultant, you will lead solution design, translate business requirements into technical architectures, drive complex integrations, and support customer success initiatives across CCaaS, AI, and digital engagement platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end NICE CXone CCaaS solutions
• Lead workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Define omnichannel routing, IVR, CTI, analytics, and customer engagement strategies
• Drive integrations with Salesforce, CRM platforms, AI solutions, and digital channels
• Provide technical leadership throughout design, delivery, testing, and support phases
• Contribute to solution architecture, documentation, and best practices

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience with NICE CXone implementations and solution consulting

✔ Strong expertise in IVR, CTI, Omnichannel Routing, Analytics, WhatsApp, Chat, and Salesforce integrations

✔ Hands-on experience with Conversational AI and Bot Platforms (Google, Kore.ai, Omilia, etc.)

✔ Knowledge of REST APIs, SIP, WebRTC, AI/LLMs, and Contact Center architectures

✔ Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills

✔ NICE CXone certifications – advantage

✔ Fluent Hebrew and English
