Hardware Development Engineer

We’re hiring a full-time Hardware Development Engineer.

Alcon Systems is growing, and we are looking for a hands-on hardware engineer to join our team.

We develop advanced embedded and multidisciplinary systems, including custom electronic boards, robotics-related hardware, communication systems, production testers, and products that combine hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical design.

The role includes hardware architecture, schematic design, component selection, PCB design review, board bring-up, debugging, validation, and support for production.

Relevant experience:

- Digital and analog board-level design

- MCU / MPU-based systems

- Power supplies and power management

- Interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN, UART, SPI, I²C

- Lab measurements, debugging, and board bring-up

- Altium Designer or similar EDA tools

- Working closely with firmware and mechanical teams

Experience with high-speed design, embedded Linux platforms, RF, robotics, or production testing is an advantage.

We are looking for someone independent, practical, precise, and motivated to work on real engineering challenges from concept to production.
