Head of Sales & Customer Service Operations

A leading and well-established company is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Customer Service Operations to lead a large-scale operation and drive business growth, customer excellence, and operational performance.

• Develop and implement the overall sales and customer service strategy in line with company objectives

• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and large operational teams

• Build and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans

• Drive sales performance, service quality, profitability, and operational efficiency

• Analyze business performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations

• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and implement new technologies and tools

• Manage customer relationships, retention activities, and business expansion opportunities

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

• At least 2 years of experience managing a sales and customer service operation within a large organization – mandatory

• Proven experience managing managers and large teams

• Strong background in developing and executing sales and service strategies

• Excellent analytical and business-oriented mindset

• Experience working with CRM systems and relevant business tools

• Bachelor's degree – an advantage
