Career Development Consultant & Industry Relations Specialist

The Moshal Program is an international initiative that offers scholarships to high - potential students from underrepresented backgrounds who are pursuing engineering degrees at Israel’s leading universities.

We’re looking for someone with experience in tech recruiting or placement, who understands how to guide candidates toward career opportunities and is motivated to use that expertise to empower students.

What you’ll do 

• Support students in building strong CVs and professional LinkedIn profiles.
• Conduct introductory workshops on personal branding (CV & LinkedIn).
• Maintain and strengthen industry relationships with tech companies and recruiters.
• Assist in placing students in internships and student roles.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth team operations.

What we’re looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related fields.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or recruiting tech roles in a hi-tech company.
• Experience delivering in-person workshops or training sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Strong English (spoken and written).
• Organized, proactive and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
