Investor Relations Support

You will be working in the investor relations team reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, to provide financial and compliance support to investors in ION’s funds. 

Key Activities: 

Assist the Head of Investor Relations and the marketing team in all daily activities to support potential and existing investors in ION’s funds, including: 

• Assist investors in the completion of subscription documents and guiding them through the investment process.  
• Liaise with the funds’ administrators to ensure that all investors are signed off by them for AML purposes. Assist to collect any documentation or information from investors that will progress the sign-off. 
• Ensure that all information for CRS filings is collected and filed as necessary. 
• Provide investors with any information or assistance that they may need from time to time. 
• Provide investors with any require statements of account, tax confirmations and information for tax or regulatory filings from time to time. 
• Support investors in submitting applications to redeem funds and ensure that all redemption funds are safely received.  
• Keep our CRM software updated with all investor and fund information and ensure that it is reconciled to the fund administrator data at all times. 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

• 3 year experience in a similar role in a fund or other financial institution 
• Highly proficient in English (at mother tongue level), including speaking, reading and writing skills 
• Highly proficient in Hebrew
• High attention to detail 
• Service-oriented 
• Team player 
• Ability to work independently and learn on the go 
• Comfortable with working with numbers and Excel spreadsheets 

This is a fully office-based role located in our Herzliya office (no hybrid/remote option).
