TSG is Hiring: International Sales Manager

Are you passionate about international sales in the defense and homeland security sectors?

TSG is looking for an experienced and driven International Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead sales activities with customers around the globe.

Reporting directly to the VP of International Sales, you will be responsible for developing international markets, managing relationships with customers, partners, and distributors, and leading complex sales opportunities from identification to contract award.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in sales of security, defense, or homeland security solutions

• Proven experience working with international customers, distributors, and partners

• Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification to contract signing

• High motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong business acumen

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
