AI Engineer

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join a leading Data & AI team and play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions in production environments.
• Build, maintain, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Work with Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search technologies.
• Develop AI-powered services and APIs using Python.
• Design and implement integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems, databases, and data platforms.
• Work with diverse data sources, including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses (DWH), and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Build AI Agents and intelligent workflows supporting complex business processes.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, DevOps teams, Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI and GenAI technologies.

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python development.
• Proven experience developing solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
• Experience working with Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search solutions.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and external services.
• Ability to work independently with strong system-thinking capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Background in Data Engineering, Data Lakes, or Data Warehousing.
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with Airflow or other orchestration platforms.
• Experience working in financial, banking, or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Information Security principles.
