We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Analyst to join a key role at the intersection of business and technology. This position focuses on strategic planning, prioritization, business analysis, and supporting decision-making processes within the Technology Division

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and requirements across organizational unitד

Develop recommendations and prioritize technology initiatives and projectד

Build and manage work plans, tracking progress and execution

Analyze project budgets, scope, timelines, and overall performance

Collaborate with senior management, business stakeholders, and technology teams

Prepare presentations, executive reports, committee materials, and management updates

Generate insights and analytical recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role, PMO, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a similar position

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

Solid business and financial understanding

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience working in complex, cross-functional organizational environments

Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
