We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our analytics and reporting tools. This is a critical role, as you will be the eyes on our core product, creating and enhancing our data-rich dashboards and AI-based analytics tools. You will be responsible for providing our customers and operations teams with the deep insights they need to understand and optimize campaign performance. This includes developing tools that provide granular, actionable insights from complex datasets and dashboards, with a focus on both branding and performance metrics.
What You'll Do
- Define the product roadmap for our analytics and reporting tools.
- Manage the development timeline, integration steps, and functional progress.
- Analyze customer requests, feedback, and insights to inform product decisions.
- Generate and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Professional Services, R&D, Product, and Management teams, to align business needs and product priorities.
- Engage directly with customers by participating in meetings, gathering feedback, understanding pain points, and translating insights into product initiatives.
- Drive both inbound and outbound product management activities, balancing customer and business needs with proactive product strategy and innovation.
- Facilitate development processes across several internal interfaces.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in a product management role, in a B2B environment- preferably in the AdTech space
- The ideal candidate will have product management experience, along with hands-on AdTech experience in roles such as AdOps, Customer Success, Professional Services, Media Buying, or similar.
- Experience with and a good understanding of UI/UX principles, specifically in creating complex dashboards and measuring their effectiveness
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent interpersonal skills- a strong collaborator who knows how to engage, collaborate, and motivate others
- Experience working in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment and with multicultural and offshore teams
- Ability to balance inbound product management (customer feedback and requests) with outbound product management (market opportunities, product vision, and strategic initiatives).
- A strong technical background, along with the ability to understand, discuss, and communicate technical concepts, prioritization, and risk assessment
- Strategic and business oriented thinking
- Proficiency in English is a must, as many of our customers and team members are offshore
