Operational Excellence Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead cost-saving and operational improvement projects end-to-end
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
• Manage the organizational employee suggestion / Kaizen mechanism
• Implement and promote OpEx tools and methodologies (5S, Gemba, Problem Solving, Lean)
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and performance indicators
• Lead root-cause analysis and support corrective actions
• Work closely with managers and employees to drive engagement and continuous improvement culture
• Conduct trainings and improvement workshops

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification required: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or other relevant Engineering degree
• 3–5 years of experience in Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement / Project Management roles in industrial environments

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving implementation
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and lead processes without direct authority
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of English

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lean / Kaizen methodologies
• Experience in production or operational environments
• Experience managing employee engagement or improvement initiatives
