HR Digital Solutions Specialist - JB-682

PwC Israel is looking for an entry-level professional with a strong technical orientation to join our HRIS team. In this role, you will focus on implementing digital solutions, automating processes, and optimizing HR operations.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive hands-on experience by driving diverse technological projects within a large organization.

• Digitize and automate HR processes
• Research, test, and implement new digital tools and technologies
• Bridge the gap between HR needs and technical solutions
• Learn and adapt to new systems and tools based on changing project needs

Requirements:

• Strong technical orientation and the ability to self-teach new tools and concepts quickly
• A "can-do" approach with strong problem-solving skills
• A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt seamlessly to diverse and changing tasks
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
• A degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management – Advantage
• Knowledge of Python or SQL – Advantage
