Content Review Specialist (Hebrew & English) - Relocation to Portugal

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Content Review Specialist (Hebrew & English) with relocation to Portugal. The Content Review Specialist will review, evaluate, and moderate digital content in Hebrew and English to ensure it meets platform guidelines, quality standards, and legal or compliance requirements. Day-to-day tasks include checking user-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to policies, flagging and escalating sensitive or complex cases, and maintaining detailed records of decisions. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide feedback to improve content policies, and help optimize content management workflows. The role may also involve contributing to process documentation and participating in regular training to stay updated on evolving guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing, with an ability to produce or refine clear, accurate, and user-friendly texts.
• Experience or familiarity with Content Strategy and Content Management, including organizing and structuring digital content.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to make consistent, policy-aligned decisions under time constraints.
• Comfort working remotely with international teams, strong time management skills, and a reliable internet connection.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and comprehension); additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in content moderation, quality assurance, customer operations, or related roles is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to relocate to Portugal; eligibility to meet local work authorization requirements is a plus.
