Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Financial Controller to build and manage our financial operations from the ground up. You will be the backbone of our financial health- handling everything from daily invoicing and payments to monthly reporting and compliance. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can turn raw numbers into clear, strategic insights that help our leadership make better business decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable/receivable, customer invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure all financial processes meet regulatory and compliance standards, and manage statutory reporting and tax-related matters.
• Preparation of monthly financial and management reports, including analytical insights to support management decision-making.
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual end closing processes.
• Supporting tax related matters.

Required Skills & Experience:

• BA degree in accounting and public CPA certification.
• Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller, preferably in a publicly traded high-tech company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
• Self-starter and independent, with multi-tasking and great time management skills.
• High level of English.
