Knowledge Management & Training Manager

Ness is looking for a Knowledge Management & Training Manager to join our team.

The role includes leading the organization's Knowledge Management domain, including collecting, organizing, documenting, and making cross-company knowledge accessible and available to employees. In addition, the position involves developing knowledge management tools, formats, and processes, documenting professional knowledge, creating job profiles, and managing organizational training and learning initiatives.

Full-time position, in Herzliya.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences/ Human Resources/ Social Sciences/ Industrial Engineering & Management/ Organizational Learning, or a related field – required.
• At least 7 years of experience in Knowledge Management and Training – required.
• Experience in knowledge process development and content management – required.
• Strong technological capabilities and a system-wide perspective – required.
• Proven experience in project management and meeting deadlines – required.
• Familiarity with the organizational learning and training domain – required.
• Experience in establishing a knowledge portal or leading a digital project - an advantage.
