Salary: ILS 22,000–25,000 per month

Travel 1–2 times per week to sites located further north, as required. Transportation for these visits will be provided from the company's offices in Hadera.

About the Role:

A leading importing and retail company is seeking a talented Priority ERP Implementer to lead the implementation, maintenance, and development of the organization's ERP systems.

In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing user needs, characterizing and optimizing business processes, implementing and developing tailored solutions, building scheduled reports, and providing ongoing support and QA. You will play a pivotal role in driving Priority ERP workflows, spearheading new projects, building and maintaining cross-system interfaces, and collaborating closely with external software houses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and maintenance of the Priority ERP system.
• Analyze business requirements, characterize business processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design, build, and schedule reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain complex interfaces between Priority ERP and various organizational systems.
• Conduct system testing (QA) and provide ongoing technical support to internal users.
• Drive Priority ERP-related projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with external vendors and software development partners.
• Travel 1–2 times per week to sites located further north, as required. Transportation for these visits will be provided from the company's offices in Hadera.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Priority ERP Implementer.

Domain Expertise

• Strong knowledge of the following Priority ERP modules:
• Logistics
• Sales
• Purchasing
• Inventory
• POS (Point of Sale)

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to develop technical solutions and system integrations.

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
