Senior Bookkeeper

We are looking for a highly independent, hands-on Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our global bookkeeping and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and financial health during our next phase of hyper-growth.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Own the Cycle: Direct the complete day-to-day bookkeeping and end-to-end accounting cycle, driving accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Manage Global Entities: Oversee multi-entity accounting operations, expertly managing complex intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.
• Collaborate Across Operations: Partner closely with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Procurement, HR) and external partners to streamline financial reporting and business workflows.
• Enforce & Comply: Maintain bulletproof internal controls while coordinating statutory reporting, tax compliance, and annual audit preparation.
• Scale the Infrastructure: Champion process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to scale our accounting practices globally.
• Problem-Solve Daily: Act as the go-to financial expert for hands-on, day-to-day execution and operational problem-solving.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Bookkeeper Type 3 — Must.
• Experience: 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, ideally within a global, high-growth technology, manufacturing, hardware, or product-oriented company.
• Systems: Strong ERP experience with NetSuite is a must.
• Technical Accounting: Proven track record of independently managing full-cycle books, multi-entity setups, and complex intercompany accounting.
• Data Mastery: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) with experience using expense management and financial automation tools.
• Audit & Compliance: Hands-on experience executing closing procedures and supporting external audits/tax advisors.
• Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken Hebrew and English.
• Mindset: Highly independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment.
