Senior SAP Program Manager

Mertens-MalamTeam is hiring a Senior SAP Program Manager.

This is a strategic opportunity to lead the continued implementation and expansion of an ERP system based on SAP S/4HANA, with full end-to-end responsibility across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• :Lead the continued implementation and expansion of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system
• .Manage the project end-to-end, from needs definition and characterization through go-live and ongoing operations
• .Work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams
• .Lead vendors and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• .Manage project budgets, risks, and large-scale organizational transformation processes
• .Ensure successful delivery, implementation, adoption, and operational continuity of the ERP system

Requirement

• s:At least 10 years of experience implementing SA
• P.At least 10 years of experience managing ERP projects and providing consulting to senior managemen
• t.Proven experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA project
• s.Experience leading end-to-end SAP projects in at least 4 large Israeli organizations, from characterization through go-liv
• e.Experience working with SAP Solution Manager and ERP project management tool
• s.Experience in at least one public organizatio
