Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Experienced Technical Recruiter for a technology services company in Petah Tikva.

An opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, work with leading clients, and support candidates throughout the full hiring journey.

Responsibilities

• :Manage end-to-end recruitment and screening processes for technology roles in leading organizations
• .Source candidates through social networks, including LinkedIn
• .Conduct in-depth phone interviews
• .Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
• .Promote candidates to account managers and strategic clients
• .Work with leading clients in the private and government sectors
• .Meet recruitment goals in a dynamic environment

Requirement

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, mandator
• Experience conducting in-depth phone interview
• Familiarity and understanding of OS recruitment processe
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while meeting target
• High motivation and strong desire to grow and succee
