Mertens-MalamTeam is hiring an ERP SD Project Manager for an organization in the Shfela region.

This is an opportunity to lead the implementation of a SAP S/4HANA ERP system, from requirements analysis and planning through go-live and full organizational rollout.

Responsibilities

• :Manage and lead the implementation of a SAP S/4HANA ERP system
• .Oversee the project from the characterization and planning stages through go-live and full implementation
• .Analyze business processes and define project requirements
• .Develop business and technological solutions aligned with organizational needs
• .Work closely with users, business stakeholders, and technology teams
• .Manage interfaces, vendors, and cross-functional project dependencies
• .Build project work plans and monitor execution
• .Support the full project lifecycle
• .Manage risks and ensure proactive issue resolution
• .Lead discussions and decision-making processes
• .Ensure project goals, timelines, and organizational requirements are met

Requirement

• s:10 years of proven experience implementing ERP projects in at least one of the following areas: finance, procurement, inventory management and logistics, or maintenanc
• e.Familiarity with and hands-on use of Solution Manager and ERP project management tool
• s.Experience with SAP S/4HANA project
• s.3 years of experience as an integrator in an ERP projec
• t.Proven expertise and experience with innovative methodologies and tools for managing projects involving large and complex system implementation
• s.Experience integrating systems from protected environment
• s.At least 10 years of proven experience in project management and professional consulting for senior management in the ERP SD domai
• n.Proven experience leading SAP implementations in at least 4 large Israeli organizations, from needs definition through go-liv
