Legal & Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Specialist to join our team and support our growing commercial and regulatory operations. This role sits at the intersection of Legal, Sales, and Compliance and helps ensure smooth business execution while meeting international standards and regulations.

Reporting to the VP Sales, this role combines commercial contracting, compliance activities, customer-facing legal coordination, and support of vendor onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, and employment-related contracts
• Support compliance activities in line with international standards and internal policies
• Assist in data security and regulatory compliance matters
• Partner closely with Sales teams to support deal structuring and execution
• Act as a key legal point of contact for customers’ legal and compliance teams during negotiations
• Work closely with Sales teams to support deal execution and contract negotiations
• Serve as a point of contact for legal and compliance representatives from clients and partners
• Assist in vendor onboarding processes, including review of legal and compliance documentation
• Ensure contractual and regulatory risks are properly identified and escalated when needed
• Maintain contract templates and support process improvements in legal operations
  
  

• Qualified attorney and active member of the Israeli Bar Association (mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience as a lawyer focusing on commercial/corporate law
• Strong experience working with contracts (customers, suppliers, and/or employment agreements)
• Experience working in a business or commercial environment (preferably alongside Sales teams)
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken), including legal and business communication
• Ability to independently review, negotiate, and manage agreements
  
  

• Admission to a U.S. State Bar
• Experience supporting cross-border transactions and global clients
• Familiarity with data privacy, data security, and regulatory requirements in commercial contracting
