IT AI Operations Engineer | Sharon Area

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an IT AI Operations Engineer for a leading organization in the Sharon area.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of AI services in a Production environment, ensuring operational stability, performance, availability, and secure adoption across business users.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of AI services in a Production environment.

Monitor service performance and availability.

Manage users and permissions.

Measure and track operational KPIs.

Support business users and provide clear technical guidance.

Implement self-service AI solutions.

Work closely with development, DevOps, and information security teams.

Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, Platform Operations, or a similar role.

Experience operating and monitoring Cloud services, with an emphasis on Azure.

Experience working with dashboards, logs, and metrics for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.

Experience working with ITSM systems and ticket management tools such as ServiceNow.

Familiarity with AI and LLM solutions such as Agents, Assistants, RAG, and Copilots.

High-level English proficiency.
