Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Sales Team Lead with more than 8 years of experience. The Sales Team Lead will oversee, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, tracking team performance, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to align sales goals with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong in close by phone.
• 8 years of experience or more as closer.
• Strong Team Management and leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
• Proven expertise in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, analyze sales metrics, and enhance decision-making
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and initiative in dynamic work environments
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
