Back End Developer

🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer | Cybersecurity Startup | Tel Aviv 🚀

A fast-growing cybersecurity startup based in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join its core engineering team and help build the next generation of cloud-native security solutions.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, large-scale distributed systems focused on securing machine identities, cloud environments, and modern infrastructure. The role offers significant ownership and the chance to influence architecture, scalability, and product direction from day one.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services.

• Build and optimize microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Develop secure API integrations with third-party platforms.

• Design and implement large-scale data pipelines and analytics solutions.

• Build monitoring, automation, and performance optimization tools.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Security teams.

• Take ownership of projects from design through production.

🔹 Requirements:

• 6+ years of Backend Development experience.

• Must have experience working in a startup environment.

• Strong experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Hands-on experience with AWS (GCP/Azure is an advantage).

• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.

• Experience working with containerized environments.

• Strong understanding of scalable cloud infrastructure and security best practices.

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Python or TypeScript

• CI/CD pipelines

• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code

• Spark or Snowflake

📍 Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid)
