Staff Software Engineer

The team is tackling complex backend and infrastructure challenges around distributed systems, telemetry, scale, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance backend systems.
• Work on real-time data pipelines and large-scale infrastructure.
• Solve challenging problems in distributed systems and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with engineers across the stack to deliver end-to-end features.
• Take ownership and make a real impact on the product and architecture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong experience with Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and Kubernetes.
• Passion for clean architecture and well-designed systems.
• Desire to build products used by developers and engineering teams.
