Bynet Communications is hiring – Collaboration Presale Engineer

We are looking for a talented Collaboration Presale Engineer to join our engineering team and take part in designing and delivering advanced unified communication solutions for leading enterprise customers in Israel.

What your day will look like:

• Leading and supporting complex, multi-system projects with a focus on Collaboration and Unified Communications solutions
• Working closely with sales teams to design tailored technical solutions for enterprise clients
• Engaging directly with large-scale customers across Israel’s top industries
• Maintaining strong relationships with leading global technology vendors
• Making technical design decisions with a strong business-oriented perspective

Who is this role for?

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the Collaboration / UC field
• Broad knowledge of Cisco UC solutions
• Strong understanding of IP/TCP networking, information security, servers, and virtualization
• Proven experience in system engineering / Presales in Unified Communications – advantage
• Experience with Contact Center systems – advantage
