Role Description
Impact Media is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Tel Aviv-Yafo. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will own the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with businesses seeking to scale through performance marketing, AI-driven advertising solutions, lead generation, and digital growth strategies. You will conduct discovery calls, understand client challenges, present tailored solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing, operations, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience and help shape the future growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Present Impact Media's marketing and AI-powered solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
- Provide market feedback to help improve our offerings, positioning, and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or account executive roles, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or technology services.
- Strong track record of generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals.
- Experience selling performance marketing, AI-powered solutions, digital advertising, or related services is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with decision-makers and business owners.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Fluency in Hebrew is required. English proficiency is a strong advantage.
