The company's advanced software suite allows Fortune 500 enterprises to capture and visually reconstruct every digital interaction on their web and mobile applications.

Located in a central tech hub (exceptionally accessible, situated within short walking distance of both the main train and light rail networks) and operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Backend Development Team Lead managing a distributed squad of 5 software engineers (3 based in Israel, 2 located globally), operating in a balanced 50% Hands-On / 50% Management capacity, and reporting directly to the R&D Group Manager.
• Architecting, scaling, and optimizing a complex high-scale distributed system running on Cloud-native microservices.
• Leading the development of heavy data ingestion pipelines and real-time processing frameworks designed to handle billions of concurrent user events smoothly.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven leadership experience directly managing software development teams - Mandatory
• 7 years of professional engineering experience building high-performance server-side architectures - Mandatory
• Strong hands-on programming mastery in Java within enterprise-grade ecosystems - Mandatory
• Extensive practical experience architecting and deploying distributed services over Cloud environments - Mandatory
• Solid understanding of high-throughput data layers, messaging queues, or NoSQL databases (such as Kafka, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL) - Mandatory
