Role Description The Salesperson will manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare customers, including clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals, by presenting and promoting the company’s products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customers, conducting product demonstrations, preparing price quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, and following up on leads. The Salesperson will also provide an after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare products, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or clinical concepts clearly.
- Customer-focused mindset, with experience building long-term relationships and providing consultative sales support.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing a territory, scheduling visits, and following up on leads.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector, clinical workflows, or medical terminology is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites all over the country.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related area is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
