SodaStream: Brand Marketing Assistant (Student Position)

Overview (English)

SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, is looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant (Student Position) to join our Marketing Team in a part-time, hourly role. This is a 6-month temporary position to support the team during a maternity leave, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity.

This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a global consumer brand company and exposure to day-to-day brand management and marketing operations.

Responsibilities (English)

• Support the Marketing Team with ongoing brand and marketing activities.
• Manage, upload, tag, and organize marketing assets within SodaStream's Digital Asset Management platform (SodaHub).
• Maintain and organize presentations, product images, marketing materials, brand assets, and supporting documentation.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, trackers, and internal communications.
• Assist with the distribution and localization of marketing materials for global and regional teams.
• Coordinate activities with cross-functional stakeholders across HQ and other business functions.
• Open and track purchase orders and support related administrative processes.
• Gain exposure to global brand processes and collaborate with teams across different markets.
  
  

• Student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple functions and markets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Previous administrative, marketing, or project coordination experience – an advantage.
