DevOps Team Lead

Currently composed of roughly 100 professionals globally (with 50 based in Israel). The company offers an exceptionally flexible work model, currently operating 4 days of remote work (1 day in the Sharon region office).

Position Overview-

• DevOps Infrastructure Lead taking comprehensive, end-to-end (E2E) ownership over the company’s global cloud infrastructure, scaling pipelines, and production architecture.
• Reporting directly to the VP of R&D and managing a remote DevOps engineer to establish organizational infrastructure standards.
• Architecting, maintaining, and automating highly resilient CI/CD pipelines, multi-cloud clusters, and robust configuration-as-code patterns.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of proven leadership or management experience directing DevOps engineers or leading infrastructure domains - Mandatory
• Deep, production-grade mastery of public cloud platforms, demonstrating strong hands-on proficiency in AWS or GCP - Mandatory
• Extensive experience architecting and maintaining containerized environments utilizing Kubernetes at scale - Mandatory
• Solid technical fluency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and modern CI/CD orchestration frameworks - Mandatory
• Profound, low-level technical understanding of Linux operating system environments, networking protocols, and system security - Mandatory
