System Analyst

Locted in Nes Ziona, hybrid.

IT Systems Analyst / Project Lead responsible for analyzing business processes, defining system requirements, and leading the end-to-end implementation of enterprise IT solutions.

The role includes full ownership of the lifecycle — from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support — while ensuring alignment between IT systems and business objectives in a global and regulated environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Systems Analysis
• At least 5 years of experience working with Priority ERP (mandatory)
• Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations and supporting users through full adoption
• Extensive experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Familiarity with AI tools and business automation solutions
• Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI, integrations, APIs)
• Experience in project management and IT methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall)
• Experience working in global and/or multi-site environments
