AI Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build and scale agents that support healthcare clinicians through their hiring journey. You’ll work with proprietary datasets of recruiter–candidate communications and actions, designing experiments, training and evaluating models, and pushing solutions into production. Beyond modeling, you’ll set up supporting systems such as monitoring, evaluations, and annotation pipelines. We have a diverse set of challenges to tackle - from matching algorithms and operational research to conversational AI and text understanding.

About you

• A self-starter with the ability and enthusiasm to take ownership and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Strong background in data science: designing experiments, measuring performance, and learning from real-world usage
• Experience with building agents
• Solid engineering skills to take solutions from research to production
• Proficiency in Python and a leading ML framework (sklearn, pytorch, hugging face, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or data science.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent army/industry experience)

Would be great if you also have

• Familiarity with modern cloud environments and MLOps practices
• Experience with GCP and BigQuery
• Exposure to healthcare or marketplace products
• Experience building evaluation and annotation pipelines
