Position Overview-

• Founding Backend Software Engineer joining an elite core R&D cell of developers, reporting directly to the CTO with massive architectural influence.
• Engineering low-latency, deep-tech data processing pipelines in Go to analyze complex, high-throughput network data structures and enforce security policies in real time.
• Integrating advanced commercial models alongside optimized local, open-source AI architectures tailored for enterprise networks.
• Engaging directly with strategic global enterprise customers to extract technical product requirements and translate them into production-ready software topologies.

Requirements-

• Academic/Military Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a top-tier research university, OR a graduate of an elite military technological unit - Strictly Mandatory
• Multiple years of proven professional experience in low-level or high-performance software engineering, demonstrating mastery in Rust, C++, C, or Embedded systems - Mandatory
• Proven professional track record operating within fast-paced tech startups (Startup DNA) - Mandatory
• Hands-on production-grade familiarity with modern infrastructure tooling: Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm - Mandatory
• Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) to support direct, technical client-facing communication - Mandatory
