Department Manager

A leading and innovative healthcare organization is looking for a Digital Department Manager to lead one of its most strategic and impactful Delivery & Development units.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a large technology department consisting of dozens of employees and managers.
• Take full ownership of the organization's core digital assets, including Web, Mobile, and advanced digital services.
• Lead and drive complex end-to-end work plans and delivery programs.
• Work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Drive technological innovation by promoting DevOps, Cloud, Microservices, and AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale Web and Mobile platforms.
• Significant experience managing large Development or Delivery departments.
• Background in Healthcare, Financial Services, or large Enterprise organizations.
• Experience managing managers and multiple teams simultaneously.
• Strong technical understanding of Architecture, Integration, APIs, Cloud, and DevOps.
• Experience working with senior management and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives – a significant advantage.
• Experience with AI technologies and modern AI development tools – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with React, .NET, Azure DevOps, Microservices, and Cloud – an advantage.
